Formal establishment of Decanus borders

Dear Decanians,
After prolonged debate, we have finalised the borders of Greater Decanus, particularly regarding the various islands near the south of the continent. This also comes with the formal recognition of all member states by all other member states, which has led to the establishment of diplomatic relations between the following:
West decanus - The decanus outskirts
West decanus - East decanus
West decanus- Central Decanus
East decanus - The decanus outskirts
South decanus - The decanus outskirts

Our map should now displayed at all regional offices across the continent, bar Callmecallme. While their land is acknowledged on the map, illustrated in dark grey, no member state of Greater Decanus can establish mutual recognition of the nation, hence why they are not acknowledged in the legend.
