Del@-[nation] — Send delegates (both sides must agree)

Warend@-[nation] — Propose peace (both sides must agree)

Additional Commands

Emb@-[nation] — Establish an embassy

Trade@-[nation] — Open a trade deal

Aid@-[nation] — Send humanitarian or military aid

Treaty@-[nation] — Propose/sign a treaty

Spy@-[nation] — Attempt espionage (requires fair resolution)

Block@-[nation] — Declare a blockade

Cult@-[nation] — Start a cultural exchange

Med@-[nation] — Offer mediation in a conflict
