1.1 | The signatories to this agreement are the Frontierist Republic of Talonia and the Luminous Triarchy of Starlight.

1.2 | The Frontierist Republic of Talonia recognizes the Luminous Triarchy of Starlight, represented by the Triune Circle as Head of State and Government. Talonia shall not recognize any person or body claiming the Head of State or Government positions of Starlight outside of the Triune Circle or any other entity authorized by it to exercise these functions.

1.3 | The Luminous Triarchy of Starlight recognizes the Frontierist Republic of Talonia, represented by the High Overseer as Head of State and Government. Starlight shall not recognize any WA Delegacy not held by the High Overseer, the Vice Delegate, or their designated representative.

2.1 | The signatories commit to non-aggression. Neither shall initiate or support any hostile act against the other. Engagement on opposing sides of a third-party conflict shall not constitute a violation of this commitment.

2.2 | The signatories commit to mutual defense and shall provide assistance upon request by the other signatory.

2.3 | The signatories shall mutually abstain from espionage, covert infiltration, or any unauthorized intelligence operations directed against one another.

3.1 | The signatories acknowledge their differing approaches within the General Assembly but shall endeavor to cooperate on initiatives of mutual interest.

3.2 | The signatories agree to coordinate their positions and support each other’s initiatives within the Security Council whenever their interests align and circumstances permit.

4.1 | The signatories acknowledge the value of cultural exchange and shall endeavor to host joint events and initiatives to promote mutual understanding and regional goodwill.

4.2 | All cultural activities shall comply with the laws, policies, and sanctions enforced by both signatories.

4.3 | The signatories commit to maintaining open communication to facilitate continued cultural collaboration and address any issues that may arise.

5.1 | This treaty shall enter into force upon ratification by both signatories according to their respective internal procedures.

5.2 | Amendments to this treaty may be proposed by either signatory and shall enter into force only upon mutual written consent and ratification in accordance with clause 5.1.

5.3 | The signatories may issue joint statements or memoranda to clarify or supplement the provisions of this treaty as necessary.
