- Inner Conflict Diplomacy
A member of the New World Service can have a conflict with another member of the service. However, the New World Service will attempt to de-escalate the conflict. If the conflict cannot be de-escalated, the New World Service will not pick a side between the two or more members.

- Inner Conflict Resolution
Once a conflict is resolved within the New World Service, all participants of the conflict and the New World Service will come together to make a treaty. The New World Service will try to make sure all participants of the conflict continue existing.
