🎃 | TEP Halloween Banner Contest
1. No AI may be used. We will be checking to ensure you do not use AI!
2. Your banner must be halloween-themed (spooky, eerie, or halloween-inspired)
3. You may only submit one banner, to avoid swamping and to ensure fairness. :)
4. You are only entitled to one vote, and you may not vote for your own submission. Sorry! :P
Simply submit your banner via imgur link in a telegram to 
Cappedore, or DM via my Discord 'bottommo'.
Anything wholly unrelated to the theme of the contest (a Halloween-style TEP banner) won't be accepted!
Voting will go live when submissions close on 14 October 2024, and will last for 5 days. The winner of the contest will be announced on Friday 18 October 2024!
The winner's banner will be proudly displayed on the region's front page for the remainder of the Halloween period, and they may even be gifted some fancy NS cards!
