Opening Addresses
We begin with the new arrival to the Speaker's Office, who successfully won the election—our beloved local goat! He first expressed his gratitude for everyone's support and emphasized his dedication with kind words. He reappointed the long-serving Deputy Speakers Ulmer and Cloud, and also named his predecessor, the former Speaker Kat, as another Deputy Speaker. Together, the new Speaker's Office was formed and officially began its term in traditional fashion.

"Well well well, hello there Vibonian citizens, it's me, your newly elected speaker. First of all, I'd love to thank everyone who voted for me in the elections; without you all, I would not be standing where I am right now. As speaker, I promise I will do my indisputable best to fulfill this role to the maximum of my capabilities. I'm so happy the majority of voters trusted in my ability to do a good job, and I surely do not want to disappoint you. I will not fail such a beautiful community, I promise. Here's to a good term!"

The next Opening Address to be reviewed is from our newly elected and well-known President, Maurnindaia. In his brief address, he congratulated the other winners Auri (Speaker) and Hansa (Vice President) on their new positions, as well as his direct rival in the election, Vapia. He confirmed almost the entire cabinet in their previous positions—so no major changes. However, Auri, the Speaker, will now also take on the responsibility for the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs from Ulmer, who has also been appointed as a Deputy. Auri will also be appointed as an Advisor for the first time. Additionally, Vapia will join the cabinet as an Advisor. Saturn is leaving the cabinet, and Kat is being reprimanded but will be given another chance.

Our regional squirrel, Nutmeg aka Vibb, has also delivered her two Opening Addresses as Consul of the VDF and Minister for Foreign Affairs. In the second address, she primarily discussed the upcoming major "FA Overhaul," which aims to re-evaluate, expand, and plan the embassies and relationships. Additionally, the allocation of ambassadors will be adjusted, the internal structure may be revised, and gameplay-relevant changes will continue to be reviewed. All of this will be tracked in a new relevant spreadsheet. Ulmer has been appointed as Deputy.

Foreign Affairs Opening Address - World's Best Overhaul
"Too long have I promised we do things, too long have I sat on my squirrely bottom and not actually done that. That ends today. Starting today, the greatest overhaul of the best Ministry begins. We will be analyzing every Embassy, every foreign relation we have, and we will polish the portraits of our President on those desks. We will be reworking our Ambassadors and their postings, keeping a publicly available list of where they are serving, and working hard to output Press Releases to our allies. Helping me in this endeavor will remain Deputy @Ulmer, who has done good work before and will be a valuable ally in maintaining the records of this Ministry. To another term of greatness for the world's awesomest region. VIVAT GLORIOSA VIBONIA"

As Consul of the Vibonian Defense Forces, she also delivered an Opening Address. In this speech, she commented on the Elba Island Mission and outlined her plans for the future of the VDF.

"Ave Vibonia. As many of you are aware, the VDF has been long tied down in Elba Island, trying to desperately hold it. We are so close to glorious victory, and we will absolutely achieve that. However, that isn't the only thing we will do this term. We will be working hard to get the VDF up to scratch with both R and D, jumping and chasing, tagging and detagging. We shall whip up a storm, and remind NationStates that even little regions like us can still have a fist. Let's keep up the good work. VIVAT GLORIOSA VIBONIA"

Order of Vibonia to Sauron
An important vote took place on September 7th in the Vibonian Assembly under Speaker Auri, when the presidential nomination of Sauron (also known as Meadowfields) by Maurnindaia was discussed and the citizens had the opportunity to vote on whether Sauron should be awarded the Order of Vibonia. The Order of Vibonia is the highest and most prestigious award that can be given in the region. In an earlier version of the Advisor Report, I already discussed the awards, but here is a recap:

The Order of Vibonia
Awarded to those who have completed outstanding service for the Region Given by Presidential nomination and Assembly confirmation

The Hegemony of Trica
Awarded to those who have shown ability in the field of Roleplay Given by Citizen nomination and Assembly confirmation

The Medal of Merit
Awarded to those who have given exemplary service in a Ministry, the VDF, the Security Council or the Assembly Nominated by the relevant authority (Minister for Executive, Consul for VDF, Vice President for the SC and Speaker for the Assembly) and Assembly confirmation

President Maurnindaia nominated Sauron due to his significant contribution to the regional development of Vibonia. He drafted the foundational start of the regional constitution, which was later decisively developed further by Ulmer and Vibb. He also participated as a server moderator and member of the Secret Vibe Zone in the early structural beginnings of Vibonia. However, his most important contribution was his initial terms as President of Vibonia before he became inactive in September of last year and was removed from his position by the Speaker's Office. With a percentage of 90% in favor, he became the first Vibonian to receive the Order. Congratulations, Sauron, we miss you!

Elba Island End
After an occupation of almost two months, the small debacle over Elba Island is now over. In a glorious jump to remove this fascist frontier from the screens, Elba Island has now been finally transformed into a Stronghold. After a months-long battle against game mechanics and internal conflicts, led by an outspoken manifesto against President Maurnindaia and the prelude to Elba Island, as well as the establishment of the Ministry for Occupied Territories, this part of Vibonian R/D history can now be marked as complete and the future can be looked forward to with pride. The plans of Consul Vibb, the head of the Vibonian Defense Forces, to further develop the military and the entire region have already been mentioned. Thanks go to various individuals, the Consul for the organization, all VDF soldiers, foreign military, all staff of the Ministry for Occupied Territories, and everyone who showed interest in the operation.
