The WA or the World Assembly is basically the NS version of the United Nations. You can endorse, create proposals, and become your region's delegate.

This is to secure our region from potential invaders from raider regions! Raiding is where a player earns endorsements and gains more than a region's delegate, therefore, the player will be the new delegate, and... Chaos begans. But don't worry! There is still hope! There were defender regions that will save our region from those raiders in the near future.
