Vote "AGAINST" Commend Philosophers - TEP WA Commission Official Opinion
Most of it discusses active debate and discussion, which is a good, supplemental point in its favor, but this appears to be the MAIN point in its favor within the proposal. Much of the resolution seems to be solely discussing the actions of the founder, as some in the forums have pointed out during drafting, and has little to do with the mutual construction of a commendable community — which is a high standard for regional commendations that must be met in our opinion.
Though this commendation is well-written, the region itself is not exceptional — if it is, the resolution has left out a lot of crucial information. For these reasons, The East Pacific recommends a vote AGAINST Commend Philosophers.
