Proposal Overview:

The proposal calls for the repeal of Security Council Resolution #52: Condemn the Black Hawks on the basis of its factual inaccuracies, poor quality, and the blatant and misleading information riddled throughout the text. This is a separate proposal from the previous “Repeal: Condemn the Black Hawks”, as the Black Hawks previously had two Condemnations. This repeal targets the older of the two Condemnations.

Ministry Analysis:

The resolution this proposal seeks to repeal, SCR#52, is completely burdened by its myriad errors and misinformation, failing to even stand up to other resolutions from its time. The target resolution’s examples of Condemnable actions include self-Condemnations and low-level raid attempts, with the rest of the resolution failing to provide any evidence for its claims. It is possibly one of the worst resolutions not yet repealed, and as the resolution rightfully states, the Condemnation relies on falsified claims to generate notoriety for a region that dedicates itself to griefing communities. This Condemnation does not stop the Black Hawks from destroying communities, it enables them – and in doing so, it poses a threat to regions like Europeia.

As such, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs STRONGLY RECOMMENDS VOTING FOR this proposal.
