§ 102 Execution
The enforcement of this code is the responsibility of the police force, or in the absence thereof, the King, of Adelphina, who can issue warnings for violation of this code and have the authority to temporarily detain or revoke the posting privileges of those suspected of criminal behavior.

§ 103 Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the individual to apply for citizenship and track their prerequisites.

§ 104 Principles of Construction
The provisions of this title shall be construed according to the fair import of their terms but when the language is susceptible of differing constructions it shall be interpreted to further the general purposes stated in this title and the special purposes of the particular provision involved.

§ 201 Class A Citizenship: Jus Soli
A person born in Adelphina obtains citizenship after one day of endorsing the King and keeps it as long as the endorsement is kept or until a dispensation is given by the government to allow the unendorsement of the King.

§ 202 Class B Citizenship: Jus Soli with Disability
A person born in Adelphina but due to birth defects or other disabilities being unable to endorse the King obtains citizenship after two days residency and a dispensation given by the government proving their disability status.

§ 203 Class C Citizenship: Naturalization
A person not born in Adelphina obtains citizenship via naturalization after endorsing the King for eight days and keeps it as long as the endorsement is kept or until a dispensation is given by the government to allow the unendorsement of the King.

§ 204 Class D Citizenship: Naturalization with Disability
A person not born in Adelphina with disabilities preventing the endorsement of the King obtains citizenship via naturalization after a month of residency and a dispensation given by the government proving their disability status.

§ 205 Class E Citizenship: De Honore
A person not born in Adelphina may be given honorary citizenship by the government pursuant to Article III15 of the Constitution.

§ 206 Class F Citizenship: By Treaty
A person not born in Adelphina may obtain citizenship by specific treaty with its home region.
