Parental Licensing Information

Level 0: Unapproved
•Assigned at birth or when entering the nation
•May not have children

Level 1: Basic
•Must pass basic aptitude test
•Must pass basic emergency medical test
•May have a maximum of 2 children

Level 2: Advanced
•Must meet all previous requirements
•Must pass advanced aptitude test
•Must pass advanced emergency medical test
•Must pass basic physical test
•Must own an inspected housing unit with ample space for at least 6 residents
•May have a maximum of 4 children

Level 3: Master
•Must meet all previous requirements
•Must pass rigorous aptitude test
•Must pass rigorous emergency medical test
•Must pass advanced physical health test
•Must own an inspected housing unit with ample space for 8 residents
•May have a maximum of 6 children

Note: With the same requirements, citizens may have 1 extra child at each level. For example, at Master level, they may have a total of 7 children instead of 6, as long as they can still meet requirements and provide proper housing for all children.

As long as at least 1 child remains in the care of a parent or guardian, that parent or guardian must come on a preset date once every year to ensure they continue to fulfill the requirements, including having their home inspected again every year as required.

Having children in different relationships is legal up to 2 relationships and 3 children in each. For example, you may have a child with one partner, and the with another later. Beyond that, it is illegal. For another example, you may have 3 children with your first partner and then have children with your second partner. You may not have 4 children or more and then have children with a different partner without government approval.
