Parasides Islands is a territory of the Westberg Empire located in the Southern Hemisphere in the Southern Ocean. The island has a Mediterranean and Oceanic climate. It is the fastest growing area in the country and the only overseas territory of the Westberg Empire. As of a 2022 estimate, the population is 612,000 which grew by 3% over the last 2 years. The largest city is Parasides City, home to 149,000 people roughly 1/4 of the population. The other cities include Victoria Beach at 68,000, and Jervis Bay at 51,000. The majority of the population, 505,000 people live in the north coast region. The north coast region covers 20% of the area. While 89,000 people live in 80% of the area with a population density of 5 people per square mile. The largest town in the vast South is Pine Bay with 14,000 people. The south region is known for being mountainous and heavily forested with southern pine. The famous Crystal Lake is located in the region.

The country is seeing a boom in population lately because of it's warm weather, cheap cost of living, and it's low density compared to the mainland. The economy largely run by tourism, finance, oil and gas, and healthcare. Rising is the tech industry and the construction industry. With the rise of retirees and younger people taking advantage of the cheap cost of living and plentiful job market the population is booming.
