Heartland of the Industrial Revolution
Effect: Cost of production is halved

Centuries ago, Yorkshire was one of the heartlands of industry that fueled the rise of an empire that spanned a quarter of the globe at its peak. The subsequent decline of that Empire and the Great War of 2077 have certainly battered the once formidable steel mills of Sheffield and dockyards of Hull. However, the people of Yorkshire have never lost their industrial spirit and pride.
