Unfortunately, as stated in the world factbook entry, all regular nations (likely yours right now) may not join Waffland. However, if you send a telegram to Waffland or Waffland colony, we may make an exception, but sadly, chances are unlikely.

Now, if your nation is not a Waffish colony (also likely yours) feel free to make an alternative nation for joining the region. So, being making a new nation with whatever policies you would like.

Moving forward, once you reach the nation name and classification, you may give the nation whichever classification you would prefer. However, once you reach your nation name, you may give it the name WL [Any biome, natural habitat, etc.] Colony, or anything with Waffle, Waffland, etc. in its name.

Once your nation has been created, transfer the nation to Waffland.

Finally, you’re going to need a Waffish flag. So, feel free to telegram Waffland or Waffland colony, and we’d be happy to make you a flag based off of the habitat your country is located in. But, if you so choose, you may also freely try to make yourself a Waffish flag.
