Surge Squadron is the reserve force of the People's Revolutionary Air Force, and mainly focuses on deploying to foreign regions on a more long-term notice. Be it supplying aid to allies or helping crush the enemy, the reserves are deceptively simple for the amount of power they wield. Rebel Squadron (the active wing) may seize territory, but Surge Squadron holds territory. Both are essential in their own way. Surge Squadron is led by the Marshal-Lieutenant (currently UFROE), who is responsible for managing and deploying the reserves.

If you can't make the times specified in Rebel Squadron, or just want to more passively support the Bloc's military efforts, Surge is the Squadron for you. If you're looking for more active participation, however, read up on signing up to the Active Wing here!


⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀➤ What does Surge Squadron do?

When ordered by the Air Marshal or Base Commander, you will move into a region with your military nation, and endorse all of the officers you're instructed to, and nobody else. That's it -- what this does is steadily and increasingly strengthens the nations you're charged with endorsing, either supporting a friendly region or helping in the Bloc's offensives against an enemy region.

It's exceptionally easy and doesn't take any more than five minutes when ordered, and afterwards you can return your World Assembly nation to the Bloc.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀➤ How do I join up?

Very simple! You don't even need to be a citizen to do it:

1. Create a military 'puppet' nation (simply create another nation -- try include something like 'Air Force' or 'Squadron' in the name), which can be used for operations while your main nation stays in TCB.

2. Telegram Marshal-Lieutenant UFROE with the following information:

   1. Bloc Main Nation:

   2. Military Nation:

   3. Prior military experience (if any):

3. Wait for a response! If it's accepted, feel free to move your military puppet into Red Front.
