My speech about my ascension to Delegacy

Dear Heartizens,

As we all know, well at least those who are paying attention to either the Discord or RMB, I have ascended to World Assembly Delegacy. I have neglected to mention why in Heart, but I have in RGBN, for some reason I do not know. Salibaic, or as we all know him, Scottish, The Scottish Republic, or TSR, has CTE’d, though he is back, I do not have confirmation that he intends to return to the position of delegacy, if he does, I will request that we all endorse (hereby referred to as endo) him back into delegacy hood.

In the light of my delegacy, I request that every member of the World Assembly (hereby referred to as WA) in The Commonwealth of Heart endo me as to increase regional voting power, after all, more endorsement to the WA Delegate is more voting power to us in the WA General Assembly (hereby referred to WAGA) and WA Security Council (hereby referred to as WASC). The more representation we have in the WA can give us more favorable outcomes for the nations of The Commonwealth of Heart in WAGA & WASC resolutions. I please ask that you do join the WA if possible. The more people we have in the WA, the more power we have in the World Assembly voting floor.

As WA Delegate of Heart, your votes will directly influence my votes, as I believe it is my duty to follow the votes of the region. I will hold a poll, via RMB, to see what both the WA and non-WA members want me to vote for. Non-WA members will be listened to, as I believe that the polls will breathe inclusiveness for all nations, whether WA or not. I encourage debates in the RMB, not arguments, I will provide how to structure your debates after I finish this speech here.

I will work for you, the nations of Heart. I will reform the WA system to be inclusive of all nations in Heart, even the trouble makers if we get some.
