THE VIBONIAN RMB RULEBOOK
Rule 1: No spamming.
- Spam is any unwanted communication sent in bulk, which essentially means A LOT OF messages. There may be other meanings to spam, such as triple posting, which is posting thrice in a row. (We see it as spam.) Triple posting would only result in suppressions or maybe bans if the poster ignores all previous warnings. Other examples of spam (according to us) would be ALL-CAPS, which is a post that is completely in capital letters, and Emojispam, which is spamming emojis.

- Trolling is posting to deliberately annoy others. Trolls will be met with suppressions and regional bans and a very tiny and microscopic hammer that may or may not launch them into oblivion. Oh, and by the way, DO NOT INTERACT WITH TROLLS. The only reason they exist is for your attention, so do not give it to them.

Rule 4: No Fascism and Nazism
-Yeah, this one should be really obvious. If you see any nation praise Fascism, report them to us. If someone praises Nazism or has a swastika on its flag, report them to us. We'll deal with them.

Rule 5: Always listen to Regional Officials and NationStates Moderators
- If an Outreach Officer, Regional Official or NationStates Moderator tells you to stop, you will stop.
