Resolution Analysis
Overview
This proposal seeks to commend Numero Capitan for their activites in the realm of defenderdom. It first starts off with noting their beginnings in the defender region 00000 A World Power (AWP), where they participated in over 200 defensive missions including the resistance against the Crimson Order regime in our region, earned the region's highest honor the Cross of Valor for their solo liberation of the region Soviet Union, and became the only General in AWP's defense force. The proposal then moves on to Numero Capitan's service in the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA), where they served as a Brigadier General. It notes how they participated in the liberations of Belgium and Venice, and how they prevented 48 invasions during their career. The proposal then notes how they became the FRA's Minister of Intelligence and went undercover in many instances as Yakuza Minnow and Berkley Run in the raider regions The Last Kingdom, The Black Hawks, The Brotherhood of Blood, Unknown, and the Orion Raiders, where they gained valuable intelligence information in their powerful attained roles and liberated several regions. It then goes on to note how they also helped other undercover FRA operatives in infiltrating The Black Hawks and The Eastern Empire, further preventing more invasions. The proposal finally notes how they contributed to the raider region The Brotherhood of Blood's collapse, and cleaning up the South Pacific after it was couped by Sedgistan.
Recommendation
This proposal makes a great case in commending a defender individual who has saved countless regions from being occupied by invader forces, contributing to the realm of defenderdom as a whole in their long and historic service. In preventing many of these regions from being occupied and controlled by raiders, the sovereignity and culture of these regions, many historic, is protected. This individual has also participated in many liberations of regions under raider occupation, restoring these regions to the control of their native population. This includes their participation in the restoration of our region to our native sovereignity. Lastly, this individual has substantially contributed to defenderdom as a whole with their service in AWP and FRA.
For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the Security Council proposal at vote, "Commend Numero Capitan".
