The Radiant Entente, is an intergovernmental military alliance between x member states. It was established during the merger of the Serenity Trading Organization and the Heiwa Accord. The Entente is a system of collective security: its independent member states agree to defend each other against attacks by third parties (With Out of Character Permission and further war planning).

History

The Radiant Entente was formed during the merger of the Serenity Trading Organization and the Heiwa Accord. The Radiant Entente formed as a bastion against the authoritarian menace rising along with authoritarianism being widely popular amongst Kalranians. Thus in order to keep the democratic nations safe the Radiant Entente had been formed to combat the threats of freedom.

Articles

In order to safeguard our ways of life,
One must bolster their military and people against a common threat,

Not as a dark mindless collective against another,
But as the stars brighten the night sky,
For race shall not thwart our unity,
For tyrants dreams of equality and justice shall not be taken with a pinch of salt.
For the light may always burn wherever freedom is yearned for.

Article I: Membership

1. A vote shall be carried out and if over 60% then the nation may join the Entente

2. A nation cannot be a member of another military alliance.

3. A nation cannot be at war or at tense hostilities between another nation or alliance.

4. A nation cannot have foreign troops or military assets that pledge allegiance to another alliance within its borders.

5. A nation may be removed from the organization if it fails to adhere to the core principles or by a majority vote by member states

6. The practice of Authoritarianism shall not be allowed in the Entente.

7. The practice of state capitalism or a controlled economy shall not be allowed in the Entente

8. The practice of authoritarianism in the government shall not be allowed in the Entente unless necessary during wartime or times of turbulence.

9. Members may leave at any point if they are unhappy with the alliance.

10. If members disrespect, disobey, or break one of the articles and amendments of the Entente. Kemonomica's leadership to call upon a vote to economically and/or diplomatically sanction a misguided member of the Entente.

11. If members disrespect, disobey, or break one of the articles and amendments of the Entente. Kemonomica's leadership has the full right to warn or terminate a misguided country's membership in the Entente, effectively and immediately.
    

Article II: Internal Cooperation

1. All members are to be at peace with each other and to put aside differences for the greater good.

2. All members are to not conduct espionage or intelligence gathering on each other.

3. All members are to not conduct military threats or warfare against each other.

4. All members are to not conduct commercial or economic warfare against each other.

5. All border, economic, diplomatic, military, and other disputes between each nation shall be handled within the Radiant Chamber [RACH].

6. All members who have joined are immediately put into the Radiant Free Trade Organization [RFTO]
   

Article III: Intelligence Policy

1. Intelligence gathering, espionage, and all related Black Ops shall be handled by the Entente Intelligence Agency [ENINAGE]

2. Any plans and information Intelligence gathering, espionage, and all related Black Ops missions are to be directly given to ENINAGE.

3. Missions shall be approved by ENINAGE depending if it is necessary for international security or alliance security.

4. Giving any information to third parties or other nations shall be either approved or denied by ENINAGE. Depending on if it jeopardizes or causes serious damage to other nations involved or not.
   

Article IV: Defense Policy

1. All members shall dedicate themselves to helping other members in the face of civil conflict, foreign incursion, or total war.

2. HOWEVER, all members are not required to participate in any defensive or offensive wars if their people or government wish not to be involved.

3. The Entente shall not protect its members unless it is called upon. (As per the rules of war in THTHI, we are not going to force ourselves into a conflict and ruin the roleplayer's plans of how the war shall go).

4. Military Operations shall be handled and discussed in the Radiant Chambers of Defense [RACHODE]

5. It is required that all plans for any military operations shall be discussed in RACHODE.

6. It is required that any of our allies that are not within the Entente shall be informed of our military plans.

7. It is required that all nations should notify RACHODE of their involvement in other wars.

8. RACHODE shall inform all members of the troop limit deployment or any other information so as not to start a world war or stretch numbers too thin.

9. Alliance members shouldn't disobey any principles of the Entente otherwise their membership shall be revoked.
   

Article V: Peacekeeping & Nation-Building

1. In the aftermath of a war or during a war, the Radiant Rebuilding Chamber [RARECHA]. Shall manage the aftermath of the war

2. RARECHA SHALL abide by all articles of the Entente.

3. It is not required for all members to participate in RARECHA if they are unable to.

4. RARECHA is to manage peacekeeping forces in wartorn nations or in warring nations if members or nonmembers call upon their need.

5. RARECHA’s duty is to assist the civilians suffering from the war, not to assist the military or its government.

6. Food, water, medicine, shelter, basic hygiene, and all other needs shall be directed to civilians or RARECHA refugee camps. RARECHA is to handle the distribution of these items

7. RARECHA is to draft a nation-building plan for those nations that are wartorn.

8. All members MUST propose their nation-building plans to RARECHA for approval.

9. All non-members MUST propose their nation-building plans to RARECHA for approval IF they wish to participate in RARECHA.

10. Peacekeeping troops under the Entente are NOT to mistreat civilians and are NOT to engage against other military assets unless for self-defence purposes.
    

Article VI: Other Ammendments

1. DECLARATION OF SAPIENTS RIGHTS Must be Obeyed [Ammended into Charter on the 14th of July, 2211]

2. SINAN PRESERVATION & PROTECTION BILL Must be Obeyed [Ammended into Charter on the 13th of February, 2213]

3. SHANGRI-LA CONVENTION Must be Obeyed [Ammended into Charter on the 23rd of March, 2219]
