The World Assembly and the Proletarian Dictatorship

Nekomimea is a socialist state following the doctrine of dialectical materialism. Due to constantly changing circumstances, the Party oscilates between allowing for elections and monopolizing the right to appoint government offices. While membership in the World Assembly is valued by the Party for allowing participation in international affairs and making Nekomimea a leading force in the global socialist movement, it has come to its attention that it has allowed for the development of liberal elements within the country. As such, to turn this nation towards the correct path once more, the Nekomimi Communist Party has once more been forced to disenfranchise those who would subvert the building up of socialism. Party-Guided Proletarian Dictatorship has been re-established.
