First Amendment to the Aldorrian Constitution

a. The government must decide upon any major regional changes, an example being joining any regional alliances. The members in question are the Founder, Delegate, Chancellor, and Vice-Chancellor.

b. For a decision to be considered passed, it is required that ¾ majority of the government be in agreement.

c. In the event that the government vote ends in a tie, then the tiebreaker will be left up to the population of Aldorria.

d. If the vote does fall to the public, then any alts of the government nations are not allowed to vote to keep things fair and as unbiased as possible.

e. Embassies, polls, dispatches, and others akin to those regional features do not require any immediate government approval and can be used by any government members.

f. If one of the member nations is inactive, then a government vote will not be considered and the right to decide will fall to the people instead.

g. Any government nation is allowed to appoint an alternative nation to count toward their vote in the event that the government nation is not allowed to or can not vote.

h. The appointed nation can not be alt account and it must be a completely different nation.

i. If the Chancellor or Vice Chancellor is impeached and forced to resign then the vote will be suspended for the remainder of the current

j. term and will only be brought back if a new chancellor or vice chancellor is found before then.

k. The Founder is only allowed one vote for the sake of not having an advantage over the rest of the nations.
