The Protection Of Culture, Language and Religion

Definitions:
Culture:
the ideas, customs, and social behaviour of a particular people or society.
Language:
1.
the principal method of human communication, consisting of words used in a structured and conventional way and conveyed by speech, writing, or gesture.
2.
a system of communication used by a particular country or community.
Religion:
a particular system of faith and worship

l. No nation, state or any other organisation may discriminate against any culture, people who speak a certain language, or Religious Group and Lower their rights(social, political, civil and religious) in any circumstance below the level of the average citizen.

ll. No Nation, State or Organisation may eradicate a language, Culture or Religion in any way, unless it collapse’s unto itself and get’s destroyed naturally(without outside intervention)

lll. And Nation, State or organisation that is able to aid a naturally dying culture, language or religion, as in to stop it dying and to keep it alive, is obliged to set up a program that aids the culture, language or religion in continuing to stay alive.

lV. If a Culture or Language wishes to change its form of writing, or an aspect of the language, they may do so
