Fodlan Regional Citizenship and Title List
Once a nation has been active in the region for more than a month, they may be added to the Citizens' list. Citizenship may also be granted early to new nations who are active and apply to the Founder a regional official. Citizenship is a requirement for receiving a title. Citizens may voluntarily declare any puppet nations to be listed on their citizenship record. Dual Citizenship is encouraged for foreign nations, but requires an alternate nation present in Fodlan.Titles are Regional Officer positions that Citizens are granted after showing exceptional activity and participation in the region. A citizen may choose their own title. Each regional officer position initially comes with polling privileges but may be expanded to include further authority if said nation expresses interest and enthusiasm for improving the region.
