1. Scope
These conditions, which will be referred to henceforth as 'terms', 'the terms', 'conditions of entry', or 'conditions', govern all indexes listed on this page. Those indexes are comprised of the following:

• International Index of Corruption

• International Safety Index

• International Development Index

• International Freedom Index

• International LGBT+ Rights Index

2. Agreeance
By entering a submission in any of the aforementioned indexes, you are confirming that you agree to the following terms as well as acknowledging their scope as stated above. You agree that if you do not follow these terms, your entry may be removed as seen fit by the administrator(s) of the indexes.

You are also acknowledging that these terms may change at any time without notice, and neither Drongonia nor the index administrator(s) are required to inform you prior.

3. Entering Information
You agree that when filling out an entry, any answers to questions which are blank, illegible or unrelated to the question may be disregarded and you may be given a composite score of based on your other answers. If the administrator(s) see fit, they reserve the right to score blank or otherwise un-useful answers with a zero. You also agree that you will fill out all questions, with the exception of those marked as optional, to the best of your ability.

4. Misuse and Rights
You agree that you will not use these indexes as grounds for your own work without giving credit to Drongonia for parts used. Indexes such as those created by Tangatarehua and Sophya are considered 'grandfathered' and will not be policed in respect to this section of the terms.

5. Your Information
You agree that any information you submit may be used for any purpose deemed reasonable by the administrator(s). This includes but is not limited to:

• Cross-referencing your nation with other indexes, both those authored by Drongonia and others

• Collating data and statistics in an aggregated fashion

• General-purpose statistical analysis

You are acknowledging that you understand your information will be stored securely and will only be accessed by Drongonia or the other index administrator(s). You may request a list of people who have accessed your data and the purpose of this access any time via TG.

6. Your Rights
You agree that if you are not satisfied with the score you have been given in one or more indexes, you are entitled to ONE (1) 'no questions asked' reassessment. You also agree that this must only be requested by TG. You also agree that Drongonia and the index administrator(s) reserve the right to decline additional reassessment requests for any reason. You are also accepting that you have the right to request a reason for your score. By requesting this, you are accepting that this may be given to you in written format, or as a list of questions with scores attached.

Additionally, you agree that if you wish to resubmit your entry or entries on the grounds of retcon or for other reasons, you will indicate this either via TG or in a note contained within your submission.

You are also agreeing that you have the right to request your entry or entries in the indexes to be removed at any time. Drongonia and the index administrator(s) will act in your best interests to action the request and will inform you when completed.
