How to Join the World Assembly, and endorse other nations.

As mentioned in the telegram sent to all nations, I wish to ensure that all members of the Southern Equatorial Council are aware of how to join the World Assembly, and how to endorse members for Delegate.

How to join the World Assembly

Step 1: Ensure that you have added an e-mail address to your nation in the Settings tab.

Step 2: Go to the World Assembly tab and press the button that says 'Apply to Join'.

Step 3: Ensure that the confirmation message has come up on your screen stating that an e-mail has been sent if your application is successful

Step 4: Log onto the e-mail account you have specified in Settings.

Step 5: Open the e-mail sent from the World Assembly, and click on the confirmation link.

Congratulations! You are now a proud member of the World Assembly

One of the most important thing you can do as a member of the WA and the Southern Equatorial Council is endorsing members to become Delegate

Step 1: Go to the page of a nation you would like to endorse (you can do this to as many members as you wish)

Step 2: Scroll down

Step 3: Click on the button that says 'Endorse'

Step 4: If you would like to withdraw your endorsement at any time, follow steps 1 and 2 but click on the button that says 'Withdraw your Endorsement'

The nation that has the most endorsements at any given time is assigned to be the Delegate. The Delegate votes on all issues with the equivalent number of votes as endorsements they have recieved. They also write dispatches to recommend certain positions on certain issues. This is not an order, you may vote how you wish.
