The Communist Cartel Delegate His Excellency has expressed grave concern over the recent New West Indies attack where the natively chosen Delegate Ventus Prime was illegitimately ousted by invaders.

This callous attack was done in response to Delegate Ventus Prime's vote on the recent Security Council proposal to Repeal: "Condemn the Black Hawks" in an attempt to deny the resolution quorum. This represents a gross violation of the sovereignty of the New West Indies and is an affront to democracy and the rule of law.
