TSSU-Union of Force Treaty of Mutual Cooperation and Recognition
  1. In this document, The Socialist Syndicalist Union shall be referred to as TSSU, and the Union of Force shall be referred to as the Union.

  2. TSSU and the Union hereby recognize one another as fully legitimate and autonomous entities. Both parties mutually certify that the signatories to this treaty are empowered to act as legal representatives of their respective governments.

  3. The Union apologizes for its ill-advised actions surrounding TSSU’s refounding in May of 2021.

  4. TSSU and the Union hereby agree to re-establish full diplomatic relations, including embassies, effective immediately upon the ratification of this document.

  5. The Union, recognizing its historical ties with TSSU, commits itself to aiding TSSU in the revitalization of its institutions and community. To this end, a formal committee shall be established, consisting of up to five individuals from each entity, who serve at the pleasure of their respective heads of government. This committee shall exist for three months, at which point its existence may be extended by agreement of both parties.

  6. TSSU and the Union commit to mutual military defense.
