Official Stated Goals of Lucian Aurelius and the Government Faction

New Luciannova had stated goals for the year's end in the Year of our Lord 2021. These were
-Generate and maintain life expectancy above 70
-Generate and maintain an HDI Score above 90
-Reduce black market share of the economy to <15%
-Reduce average income tax rate to <25%
-Place first in an additional category (joining Retail, Culture, GDP, Average Income, and Insurance), we projected that Scientific Advancement was most likely.
-Be in the top 200 for Retail (or some other category, exlcuding International Artwork).

The first two goals have been met. On 1 January of this year, Black Market Activity was 13% of our total economy, it is now 16.3%. This is an improvement from our peak last year where it peaked at 23%. Our income tax did decline to 27%, but it now is roughly 32%. I suppose UBI and compulsory tithing took a front seat.
We are now first in religion, our Scientific Advancement Score however has increased substantially, yet we remain in second place.
As for retail, we generally bounce between 220th and 250th depending on what we do.
All the aformentioned goals remain as such and are on schedule for being met by 1 March of this year.

Further, New Luciannova is proud to announce we are first in religiousity and have a peak of 80 endorsements in the World Assembly. We add increasing this to no fewer than 90 by 1 March, provided Cape of Good Hope meets such potential for endorsements.
