New Luciannovan Year End Goals

As 2021 enters its final month New Luciannova remains a prosperous, free, advanced, and pious country. This is perhaps our proudest achievment. We lead the Cape of Good Hope in retail, GDP, culture, average income, and insurance. We are in second place in religion, furniture restoration, scientific advancement, and average income of the rich. We would like to add one of these, or another category to our top placements. Most plausibly, after reviewing statistics this would be scientific advancement.
In addition to this New Luciannova would like to find itself within the top 200 in the world in the Retail Industry.
New Luciannova also has other domestic priorities, currently each resident of New Luciannova, despite collecting the highest average income, take a lot less home than several of our neighbors. Our income tax rate is a flat rate of 32.1%, we can do better. Currently our economy is being drained by corruption and the black market. As of today, black market activities have over the past week declined from 21.2% of our total economy to 16.7%. Our year end goal is to lower this to less than 15% of our economy. We will seek to couple this with reduced rates of income tax, hoping to have taxes sit comfortably below 25%. In general we seek to clamp down on corruption as a whole.
