Requests from regions meeting any of the following criteria will not be accepted;

1. The region shouldn't support discrimination against race, gender, religion, social class, etc.
2. Raider regions are also not accepted.
3. Regions with fascist, nazi, and communist are also not allowed either.
4. Small communism is allowed :)

Furthermore, a reason to establish an embassy must be supplied by the requesting party. Keep in mind that RMB embassy posting is permitted for all residents.
