Hello! Welcome to Aurelius. I'm Vamperian, the Imperator and founder of this here region. Now, you might be wondering, what is there to do here? Well! You're in luck! This is the dispatch that'll show where to go and who to talk to!

But first, a bit of history. This region was founded on the principles of strength, freedom, and empire, which guide our every action as a region. Aurelius was founded to herald a new age for imperialism in NationStates, as well as a community for like minded individuals. I started this region with Regiiscarmina, who served as the first Augustus of Aurelius.

First of all, I'm glad you chose to move to our region. We're honoured to have you with us. Now, when you get here, you should introduce yourself on our regional message board (RMB). The RMB is where we do our roleplay for the most part, and is essentially your first impression of the region. After the RMB, you should consider joining our Discord chat server. Discord is the most accessible and easiest form of communication between myself and the other members of the community. Once you're on our Discord, you will be able to access the other areas of the region, such as the military or the government.

You'll need to apply for citizenship now! Go to our forums here, and then go to Citizenship Applications > Application Forms, and copy and paste your application as a reply to the top post. Then, a member of the government will review and approve your application!

Once you've done this, you'll be a citizen of Aurelius! Now, there are three main avenues of involvement; the Assembly, the Legions, and the Government.

The Assembly is the legislature, where Assemblymembers decide on bills that affect our region. If you're interested in writing legislation, join the Assembly by submitting an application here!

The Legions are the invasion force of the region, who invade and claim land in the name of the Empire. If you're interested in getting into military gameplay, join the Legions by submitting an application here!

Then there's the Government, which runs the region.
