Establishes a central supervisory organization to promote the development of public transportation systems;

Defines various regulatory committees with specialized fields of concern in transportation infrastructure development;

Describes ideal methods and aims of public-private financial partnerships to promote construction of public transportation systems;

The Imperial Senate,

RECOGNIZING that commerce is the backbone of a healthy economy;

UNDERSTANDING that commerce is underpinned by establishment of infrastructure to facilitate ease of transportation;

COMMITTED to potentiating the technical standards of a unified economy for the whole Confederation;

DEDICATED to the even development of all Confederation member states so that they might share in common prosperity;

RECOGNIZING that the interconnection of transportation infrastructures across state lines will facilitate consolidation of the Confederation into a culturally homogeneous union;

Hereby:

ENACTS the Transportation Infrastructure and Regulatory Act 2021.
