Noting that the reduction of the Senate has caused major political upheavel in the region,
Believing a third party's motion, which is unrelated to the other two, is the best solution to reduce argument to a minimum,
Convinced that the reduction of the Senate is imperative,
Knowing that a house divided against itself cannot stand,

Congress, united, hereby agrees:

Section I - The Senate is reduced from a total of 9 seats to a total of 7 seats.

Section I: The Senate and the House of Commons must pass this motion with a 2/3rds majority approval.
Section II: Shall this motion receive a 2/3rds majority approval by both chambers of Congress, it requires a regional referendum to pass with a 3/5th majority approval.
Section III: Upon passage of this motion, The Electoral Commissioner shall start the process of creating a regional referendum. The title of the referendum shall be Motion to Reduce the Senate. The referendum shall have 2 options, labelled Aye for support of the reduction and Nay for opposition of the reduction.

Section I: Article I of this motion must be applied to the subsequent Senate election to the ratification of this motion by public referendum.
