Official Court Ruling On Filling Council Vacancies With Tribunal Members

Councillor Galdanulia and Councillor Smolcasm have formally asked the Tribunal to decided, that if less than the minimum required number of candidates run for the position of Councillor, than needed to have a full Council, the Tribunal would be empowered to fill in the vacancies.

The Tribunal hereby declares that:
-It is unconstitutional for Judges to fill in Council vacancies, under any circumstances, as it goes against Section IV, Article 1, Clause A and Section IV, Article 4, Clause B.
