same-sex marriages, same-sex relationship and transgender is allowed in NewBlackStation since healthcare is provided for free to Citizens so getting a gender change is affordable.

as stated citizens are provided healthcare for free so to have a sex change is relatively affordable however changing sex doesn't stop you from joining the military if conscripted or will it protect you if you committed a serious crime against the state

LGBTQ is protected against hate crimes those who went through with one will be given a sentence with a serious charge however they still have to perform certain duties as everyone else this includes conscription and military time with the Navy the most popular among the LGBTQ (gee I wonder why) those who went through a sex change aren't exempted from military service and aren't exempted from justice if they commit a crime before they change sex

someone commits a crime they got away and changes their sex they think won't be prosecuted because it was before their sex change low and behold they been caught and prosecuted they argue it was before they change sex, however, the judge said you still committed the crime no matter the gender
