Why does everyone hate evil, evil should be something your proud of, something you cherish inside of you, evil is the greatest thing that has ever happened. You make ask, what is evil. Evil is not a defined feature, and... is not an opposite political party. It is simply your will to do bad. Why cover it up? Why stop it? Why cower in fear about your hatred and darkness to yourself. If you want blood to reign then blood shall reign. Whatever you feel like it, do it.
