Leaders inside the Imperial State of Iberia

Coat of Arms made by: The New Nordic Union

Be very welcome!

This is a new factbook.

This factbook is to show the leaders within the Imperial State of Iberia.
There are federal kingdoms and states within the Imperial State. Of course, there are positions that are hereditary and others that are not, in the case of federal states.
Many leaders are native to their land, but rarely is one not.

And, of course, enjoy the factbook.

The monarch's role is that of a leading figure in the state, but he has the power to revoke elections for a new parliament, a kind of stalemate to end corruption. But he can also act as Prime Minister if something happens to the government or the person in that position.
The current royal house is the Portuguese Royal House of Chaves, commonly known as the Flavian Dynasty, and this royal house that has governed since 1998, with the ascension of the King, after Emperor Jorge I of Iberia and his wife, the Queen, afterwards Empress Diana of Iberia.

The position of heir is hereditary.
With House of Braganza dead in the early 90s and Duarte II appointed Jorge as his successor, as he had no children and it was too late to try. Jorge I has a successor, Princess Cassandra, Princess of Asturias. The heir automatically becomes Prince or Princess of Austurias.
If no monarch has heirs, he may appoint someone from his royal home or from another royal home to succeed him, who is committed to the terms of the constitution.

The prime minister's role is to rule the Imperial State.
He is elected by universal suffrage in all federal states, from Cuba to the Philippines.
The position is valid for 5 years and there is no limit on shifts for a chancellor. But if anything happens to the Prime Minister, in the event of the government's death or fall, the monarch assumes power and remains until a successor is found to end the years that the previous one was elected.
The current prime minister is Mariano Rajoy Brey.

The role of kings in kingdoms within the Imperial State is important, as they maintain order in kingdoms.
The position may be hereditary or not. If it is hereditary then it is because the line of succession is secure and continues to descend calmly. If it is not hereditary, then it is because the royal household has failed to obtain heirs and the monarch will have to choose a new king or queen.
The only kingdom that is inherited by the imperial monarchs is the Kingdom of Persia, due to the historical context of the region, since it is the only kingdom that has lived through generations and generations.

Federal governors are elected by the population of each federal state.
The elections in each state are not in the same day, but they often end up announcing on the same day as other states.
After that, they assume power in each state at the Emperor's request, as if they were Prime Ministers.
However, the Emperor does not have access to take them out of power, only the Prime Minister can, if there is a case of corruption or illness.

This part was divided because there are 25 federal states, and so I decided to divide it by regions as it is written in the constitution.
