Pinji (Pinjigo, pɪn ʤi) is a language of Southwest Aklanori origin spoken by about 8.6 billion people, with approximately one third of those being native Pinjins, and the rest having taken it up as a second language. With that, it is one of the leading languages in interstellar communication.

Pinji has developed over the course of more than 2,600 years. The earliest forms of Pinji, a group of Aklanori (Tottenhami) dialects brought to Aquafecta by Astute settlers in the 5th century, are collectively called Old Pinji.
