Section 3: That the President can veto a bill but overide by congress Section 4: That the President can elect the following, [b]Secretary of State:[/b] Can write treaties when the President is busy [b]Secretary of War:[/b] Commands the army of Mass [b]Secretary of Homeland:[/b] Protecting the Homeland of Mass and Force [b]Secretary of Justice:[/b] The Department of Justice enforces federal laws, seeks just punishment for the guilty, and ensures the fair and impartial administration of justice. [b]Secretary of Foreign Affairs:[/b] Make embassies with the permition of the House [b]Secretary of Commerce:[/b] That makes jobs outside of the government Section 5: A President can be impeached in congress by 3/4 vote in the Senate. Section 6: There will be a Vice President to break ties in congress [/box] [b][center]Article II[/center][/b] [box]Section 1: That there will be a Senate with 6 members and a House with every repersentative seat needs 3 nations to be opened Section 2: The Congress shall endeavor to pass legislation, and can do so with a 3/4 vote in favor of legislation. Section 3: The Congress may also create motions, which shall serve to create governing rules for their body or request the government perform an action Section 4: The Congress may override a Presidential veto or rescind an Executive Order through a 3/4 vote in favor. [/box] [b][center]Article III[/center][/b] [box]Section 1: The judicial branch shall be headed by a State Court Section 2: There shall be one justice for every 40 citizens residing in the region Section 3: Justices shall serve for a period of life, except in cases of impeachment and removal from office Section 4: Justices may interpret the law in cases brought to them Section 5: Justices shall determine whether laws passed by the Congress or actions taken by the President are constitutional Section 6: A justice may issue a judicial order, which shall require that a nation do something, which can be overturned with a 66% vote in favor in the senate. Section 7: The Chief Justice will organize and lead the court Section 8: The Chief Justice will be the goodist justice and elected by the Senate [/box] [b][center]Article IV[/center][/b] [box]Section 1: Any official may be impeached once a case has been taken up by the Supreme Court, and that person is found guilty. Section 2: To remove a government official from office, 3/4 of Congress must vote in favor after impeachment has been attained Section 3: No President may serve as a Congressman or a Justice Section 4: No Congressman can serve as a President or a Justice Section 5: No Justice may serve as a President or a Congressman [/box] [b][center]Article V[/center][/b] [box]Section 1:All citizens are guaranteed the right to petition the Senate or the President. Section 2: All citizens are guaranteed the right to vote in a free and fair election for the President, and Congress. Section 3: All citizens are guaranteed the right to freedom of speech. Section 4: All citizens are guaranteed the right to file suit within the Supreme Court or to petition for an interpretation of legislation. Section 5: All citizens are guaranteed the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty. Section 6: All citizens are guaranteed the right to legal counsel by competent lawyers.
