WA Voting Legislation [URA]

RECOGNIZING that the current system for apportioning WA votes within the URA is biased especially towards smaller regions,

UNDERSTANDING that while the purpose of the URA is to give a voice to regions that would otherwise not have one in the World Assembly, alienating larger regions will cause the overall influence of the URA to be dramatically lower, thus defeating our original purpose,

HEREBY proposes a system in which WA votes are apportioned to regions directly based upon Delegate Endorsements and number of WA Members in each region.

Votes for each region shall be given based upon the following formula: [(Number of WA Nations in region)+(Number of Delegate Endorsements in region)]/[(Total number of WA Nations)+(Total number of WA Delegate Endorsements)]*100. All votes will add up to 100 total votes.
