Signature of the armistice, 10th October 2020 ( ARCHIVED )

Today is the start of a dark and sad day. The new head of government Pietro Dalvarez signed the armistice with the Syldavian government today in Citate di Ravello.

I will now list the conditions of our surrender:

- prisoners of war (more than 1.5 million men) remain in captivity until the signing of a peace agreement

-the northern half of the territory, as well as the southern coast, pass under Syldavian occupation: it is the occupied zone, which covers approximately three-fifths of the territory. The remainder constitutes the "free zone", is unoccupied. The two zones are separated by the demarcation line

-Medici must provide for the maintenance of the occupation army.
in the free zone, the Medician army is limited to 100,000 men and the troops are disarmed;

- Medician warships join the ports of the occupied areas and made available to Syldavia

- deliver the Syldavian political refugees present on its soil.

- The emperor will be taken captive to Klotz, capital of Syldavia
