Seraphim Alessandra de Caldirini

Seraphim

Seraphim Alessandra de Caldirini serves as the Athejian head of state, in the past she served directly under the goddess Jubileus and sang her praises along with a choir of other seraphim. Now in the mortal realm, she is significantly less powerful than she once was, but is still formidable.

-Hail, O' Winged One- The seraphim, unlike the archangels, has six wings not two. These possess a larger wingspan and allow for greater speed, able to break the sound barrier.

-Hail, O' Voice of Angels, Praise be- Words have power, and for the seraphim, this is especially true for they were meant to sing praises to their gods, empowering them in battle. If she spoke in the mortal plane, all one would hear is a deafening choir of voices that shakes the earth and maddens the mind. Instead, she projects her words directly into a person's mind. This however, does not work for inorganics such as androids or voice-activated technology.

-Hail, O' Holy Sword, Terrible and Swift- Arbiter of souls, the former inhabitants of Paradiso are connected to not only their pasts, but those of other's as well. The Seraphim, in her rage, can summon the weapons used by the fallen.

-Hail, O' Unbreaking Fortitude, Steadfast art thou, Comforter of the Afflicted- Surrounded by a holy aura, she is able to stop or deflect most small arms fire and shrapnel. However, sustained or close range fire can still pose a threat, and larger caliber rounds and explosives are still potent. She is able to heal severe wounds and diseases, though only on others as a blessing.

-Hail, O' Seraph, Herald of the End, Bringer of Doom, Show mercy upon us sinners, Show mercy- Fun times :)

Spells

- Agincourt- Metal against metal, steel against flesh, the brutality of the medieval world manifests itself once again. Hails of arrows which blot out the sun, the long lances of heavy cavalry shatter against shield and armor, swords cutting and hacking with impunity. The souls of the fallen shall cut down the bodies of the living.

- Verdun- A chorus of artillery fire, the staccato rhythm of brass machine guns, the sharp crescendo of rifle fire, the sonata of soldiers charging across muddied shattered battlefields, this, the symphony of death, shall bring forth its destructive performance.

- Stalingrad- The brutality of a frozen tundra, whose white snow is stained red with blood, whose blue skies are marred with smoke and falling brass from piston powered aircraft. The rumble of tanks startles the sleeping foxes and scavenging crows, crude submachineguns plaster the enemy with lead, an iron curtain begins to fall.

- The Front- The ocean, the unforgiving mistress, recoils in horror from the sound of enormous guns blasting away at the surface, schools of fish dart about in a panic as torpedoes and missed bombs plunge into the water. A rising fire tests its might against a giant, enraged and woken from its slumber, the sharks feast of the viscera and the fallen. Fire engulfs a bunker, a place of safety turned into a tomb, fire engulfs a house, a place of living turned into a mausoleum, fire engulfs a nation, a civilization turned into hell. Rage, O' Rage, fallen warriors, bring your fervor to light, fight for me as you have fought for what was once right.
