Council Head Policy [URA]
RECOGNIZING how necessary it is for the members of the Alliance Cabinet to remain active and appropriately complete their duties,HOWEVER realizing that it is nearly impossible to gauge activity of each Council Head on a regular basis,
IN THE INTEREST of maintaining the required level of activity within the Alliance Cabinet, hereby puts the following into effect through CC08:
All Council Heads will submit a report on the previous week's activities of their respective council to the President, no later than 11:59pm UTC each Thursday.
The Founder, President, and Vice President will acknowledge the receipt of these reports, or submit their own reports, if necessary, to provide evidence of their activity in completing their duties.
The Founder, President, or Vice President must ping all members of the Alliance Cabinet to notify them of their report being due no later than 11:59pm UTC each Wednesday.
Should a Head of Council not supply a report, without a verified leave of absence or appropriate emergency for two consecutive weeks, the Alliance Cabinet is permitted to remove them through relevant processes.
