Bill of Rights Amendment [URA]
RECOGNIZING that the Alliance constitution does not clearly define the rights of the individuals within the Alliance,APPALLED at the lack of regard for the rights of individuals within the Alliance, with the writing of the constitution,
REALIZING that without appropriate rights in place for the citizens of the Alliance, basic human rights could be infringed upon,
HEREBY establishes the following constitutional amendment:
STRIKES OUT all content of Chapter III: Fundamental Liberty,
REPLACES all content of Chapter III: Fundamental Liberty with the following:
Section I: Freedom of Expression
