1-Land that gets transferred to WP123: Malta, Sardinia, Sicily, Crete, Asian Turkey south of Sea of Marmara, Crimea, Baltic Islands, Scottish Islands, and sale of all of Denmark to WP123 confirmed(including Sjaeland)
2-35% of all GDP transferred to WP123
3-Montanity is forced to turn into a Democratic Republic(Imagine European Democracies Today)
4-No dictatorship or monarchy ever
5-Allows WP123 to intervene in Montanity if Montanity is having rebel issues and Montanity can't call in alliances
6-Civil Rights and Political Freedom will be high, no more oppression
7-All of the following policies will be cancelled(feudalism,no adultery, no contraception, euthanasia, prudism, capital punishment, prohibition, and WMDs)
8-Land given to other people...
