The Timekeepers (for outside rp only)

Name: The Timekeepers
Species: Humans, Elves, Elementals, Merfolk

Goals: The Timekeepers are a roaming police empire that ensures that all time travel, mass exchange and/or conquering of and between different universes and/or dimensions, is avoided and prevented.

Military: The Timekeepers hold a number of vessels that hold the planeshifting ability (the ability the travel through dimensions and universes) and time travel (can only follow those who time travel. They can not do it without someone else doing it.) They also maintain both an organic half of the military, and a half consisting of automated soldiers. Additionally, the timekeepers allow any individual from any universe to join as long as they pass a background check, take an oath, and be put on probationary duty for five years. The soldiers and ships all contain the unique ability called "phasing" which puts them in a peculiar state where they can not be affected by anything on the physical or spiritual plane, but also unable to affect anything themselves until out of this state (for example, they can't be shot, but they also can't shoot back.) All weaponry has the ability to switch between damage types: spiritual, energetic, and physical. However, they may only use one type of damage at any one time.

Culture: Mix of European (medieval), Japan, and the US

Economy Type: Full Communism (as every member is in the military)
