The Articles of Nonscion Confederacy

THE IMPERIAL CONFEDERATION OF NONSCIO

{}====={GOVERNMENT}====={}

All the nations of the Imperial Alliance of Nonscio hereby agree to a union between their state and the Sygarian Regime under the following government:

• The Imperial Elder Council will be formed. The council will consist of the designated leaders of every member state of the alliance.

  • These designated leaders shall be referred to in an official capacity within the Confederation as Imperators.

  • All Imperators shall have equal say in every decision. No one Imperator is above any other or others.

• Imperators shall have the power to organize the government within their own state however they wish.

• There shall be no ideological or leadership changes within the member state, but they must abide to the decision of the Imperial Council in all issues not otherwise specified, as determined by a ¾ majority of their Imperators.

{}====={DEFENSE FORCES}====={}

The Joint Task Force of the Imperial Confederation (JTFIC) is hereby established.

• Every member state is free to command and organize their own fraction of the JTFIC, but must abide by the decision of the Imperial Council in times of war, as determined by a simple majority vote of their Imperators.

  • In these times of war, the Joint Task Force of the Imperial Confederation shall unite under the banner of the Confederation to fight for their Imperators.

{}====={TRADE AND RESOURCES}====={}

The Imperial Confederation shall share their resources amongst one another as if they are one unitary state, unless determined otherwise by the Imperial Council in a ⅔ vote by the Imperators.

{}====={CAPITAL}====={}

The official capital of the Imperial Confederation is hereby designated as Konstantinopilus, and will be the location of the Imperial Council when session is called. The location of the capital may be redesignated by a ¾ vote of the Imperators.

{}====={Membership}====={}

The Imperial Confederation of Nonscio hereby defers to the ruling by the Imperial Council's Imperators on all membership issues.

• Any independent nation state that occupies territory on the continent of Nonscio may be admitted into the Confederation by a ¾ vote of the Imperators.

• Any independent nation state that does not occupy any territory on the continent of Nonscio may be admitted into the Confederation by a unanimous vote of the Imperators.

• Any member state of the Imperial Confederation may be dismissed from the alliance by a ¾ vote of the Imperators, not including the Imperator of the member state in question.

• The founding member states of the Imperial Confederation of Nonscio designated as the Ragist Government of Ragea, the United Socialist Republics of Kurikia, the Imperial Republic of the Sygarian Regime, the Commonwealth of ArenaC, the New Wisconsin Empire, the Militarius Imperium, the Republic of Euricanis, the Empire of Alexandria, and the Thunder Konigreich of Danelaw Scandinavia shall be admitted into the Imperial Confederation at their leisure, unless otherwise dictated by a ¾ majority vote of the Imperators.

{}====={Amendments}====={}

The Imperial Confederation of Nonscio hereby allows the Articles of Nonscion Confederacy to be amended in any capacity by a ¾ majority vote of the Imperators.

{}====={Anarchy}====={}

Should any member state of the Imperial Confederation fall into anarchy, their territory shall be governed completely by the Imperial Council, and all laws shall be decided upon by a ¾ majority vote of the Imperators.
