The Ministry of Domestic Affairs is in charge of observing the mood of the region, promoting solidarity and participation, and boosting awareness of lesser-known members of the community that aren’t as active as the “big players”. Among other things, responsibilities of the Ministry of Domestic Affairs include starting debates and discussions, conducting regional polls, holding contests for Residents, nurturing the artistic culture of the DSA, and reminding residents of the various activities going on in the region. Furthermore, the MoDA offers an open ear to anyone without judgement, as long as the case does not fall under the jurisdiction of the MoJ and the court.

To accomplish the goal of reminding residents of the various activities going on in the region, Solidarity, an old DSA newspaper, was re-established in cooperation with the 14th Minister of Roleplay,
Student Loan Debt. The newspaper features articles on events in the DSA, interviews with residents, and any major RP. Featured Five: Featured in Solidarity is the Featured Five. This is when 5 random residents of the DSA are featured for all the DSA to look into and raise visibility of perhaps lesser-known residents. The Department of Immigration is charged with ensuring the growing population of the DSA is well informed about the culture of the DSA, as well as its Regional Principles. This including helping new residents who have questions, composing the Welcome Telegram that new residents get when entering the region, and being a welcoming face for those who may feel nervous first being here.
