Bruxxa Charter

Charter Overview (Full Charter Requires Level 2 Code Clearance):

Bruxxa shall attempt diplomacy before any aggressive move is decided upon, unless the ones being referred to are too corrupt to deal with, to be decided upon by the head of state.

Bruxxa shall attempt to prevent any and all unnecessary destruction to environments and/or species.

Bruxxa shall attempt to indefinitely hold alliances with any and all allies unless said allies' actions go against Bruxxa Charter bylaws.

All planets and species will be considered equal within Bruxxa Parliament and laws.

Bruxxa shall attempt to create an alliance with any Nation and/or faction that aligns with Bruxxa Charter views.

Bruxxa shall not give out classified information to any foreign entities unless deals are made or Bruxxa is forced to in order to avoid unnecessary destruction of environments and/or species, which includes those within Bruxxa such as the Kobold, and to help purge corruption (to be decided upon by the head of state on a case by case basis)
