The Rev & Kov (Revarna & Kovenia) ACT of 2018. Passed by the Federal Imperial Parliament of Revarna, approved by The Honorable Sir Jackery O'Kell, and enacted throughout the three states, Under the Shared Power Act (2017), on December 19th 2018

The ACT: Section 1
Under the Rev & Kov Act of 2018, Three sovereign nations, whose sovereignty and right to independent governance is respected and put into consideration upon evokement of the Act, and whose individual pleas and calls are too put into consideration. Can choose to alter their constitutional structure, temporarily or by authorisation from the Crown, and people through a Empire wide referendum, to allow the merging of the parliaments, along with the dissolvement of state borders, again respecting the Independent, and culturally diverse nature of the nations, of Revan Town, Koncordia & Revina. Into a 'Super-Nation' officially named henceforth, through popular vote and discussion with various representatives from both Nations, The Commonwealth Confederacy of Kovenia.

The ACT: Section 2
Through the powers, listed and explained through the Rev & Kov Act Section 1, Both nations upon evokement of the Act, along with the passing of appropriate legislation and policies through Imperial Parliament, and the creation of The Commonwealth Confederacy of Kovenia again respecting the Independent Governance of the nations, will be required under the Act, to provide a appropriate and adequate commitment of money, to The Imperial Union. Furthermore the nations must under the Act provide a adequately funded military presence, consisting of equally funded Tri-force units (Navy, Air Force & Army), in the region, whom of which under request of Revarna can make the adequate preparations for a pre-emptive attack or deliverance of International Aid.
